  • Ardwhallan Outdoor Education Centre

    Ardwhallan, an outdoor education centre, boasts a packed programme of courses and clubs enabling young people to access the wonderful aspects of the great outdoors.

  • Bridge the Gap

    The Youth Service is working with the Bridge the Gap charity and Noble’s Hospital to provide opportunities for young patients to engage in positive activities with support from a youth worker.

  • Café Laare

    A place for young people to hang out with there friends in a relaxed grown up style setting. The café offers affordable hot food and drink and refreshments. And has free Wifi, Pool table and X-box. The café is aimed at High School age range. It opens on a Friday and a Saturday from 4pm.

  • Detached

    Detached youth work takes place on young peoples' own territory such as streets, cafes and parks to provide a friendly face and be there to help with anything you wish to talk about.

  • Duke of Edinburgh's Award

    The DofE is the world’s leading youth achievement award, giving millions the opportunity to develop work-ready skills, and increase employment opportunities by gaining skills to add to their CV. DEC Youth Service is an operating authority for Award which is open to young people aged 14 to 25 and involves completing various challenges that cover volunteering, physical activity and developing a new skill.

  • Kenyon's Café

    Located at the heart of Onchan, Kenyon's Café provides a safe place for young people to drop in, relax and meet friends.

  • LGBT

    Free confidential information and social space for teenagers who require support on all LGBT issues! Held at Café Laare on a Tuesday evening 4.30pm – 6.30pm (Term time only). Part of UCount2.

  • Listening Service

    The Listening Service is available in all Secondary School. It offers an opportunity for all students on an individual or group basis to meet and explore issues that may be causing them some distress within their lives. Each Secondary School has a dedicated Youth Worker / Listener. Part of UCount2

  • Manx Motor Meet

    Manx Motor Meet is aimed at 16 to 25-year-olds and aims to encourage safer driving and reduce the number of serious incidents on the Isle of Man’s roads.

  • PHAB

    PHAB is an inclusive youth club providing a wide range of activities for young people from age 10 (year 6) to age 21. We are open on a Tuesday evening from 7-9, term time only and meet in the Youth Wing at Cronk Y Berry School

  • Soundcheck

    Soundcheck provides local musicians over the age of 13 with a place to meet up, organise gigs, make recordings and videos and offers practice facilities.

  • Youth Arts Centre

    The Youth Arts Centre aims to be creative and original in everything it does, it's Crootagh - a creative space. On a weekly basis its home to performing arts groups such as Musical Theatre dance classes, Hip Hop, Bhangra, Contemporary, Disco and jazz, Glee club, Manx National Youth Theatre, Shakespeare, Soundcheck, Visual Arts and Sound & Lighting.

  • Youth Motor Project

    Youth Motor Project provide sessions for young people who are interested in all things mechanical. They can learn about how things work and when ready, have the opportunity to learn to ride trials bikes.
